February 4, 2010 As we embark upon the second month of this new year, it is a time of great celebration, manifestation, and truly seeing changes occurring before our eyes. January was a month of great healing for me personally. I embarked upon my adventure in Sedona for six days which was very balancing but very integrating. As always on these trips, I never know what I am going to feel like when I return to the East Coast. This one was very bittersweet for me. Sedona is my homeland. I went there the first time alone over 15 years ago and we happened to stay in the same hotel. Evidently Spirit thought it would be very renewing for me to stay in the same hotel room. Sky Ranch Lodge is located on Airport Mesa so our sleep patterns were very peculiar as it usually is in Sedona. I came home needing to clear my sinuses and other energies to incorporate the Crystalline and Golden Energies. It has been quite a healing month for me. What can we expect for this month of February? Well, the weather patterns are definitely very changeable. Some days here in New Jersey we have had 20 degree weather and other days around 50 degrees. Tomorrow we are expecting another huge snowstorm. The last few years were very mild but this year it is quite different. I feel this is very aligned with what each of us is experiencing individually. Some days we are balanced and others we are all over the place. This is still due to the changes that 2010 is bringing us during this year. I honestly feel that these changes are going to be happening for us until the middle of the Spring, after the Equinox, as the healing still needs to continue. So how do we go about dealing with these fluctuations in our lives? Balance, balance, and more balance. Tools - meditation, relaxation, having fun, sleeping, eating (if you need to), and incorporating your I Am Presence within your physical vehicle. We cannot get through the challenges that are within us without these elements. It is a very powerful time and we must find the power within us. I suggest utilizing our energies within the Solar Plexus to find our inner power. This is also where the Indigo Ray is ignited and represents the Higher Christ Consciousness so what better way to empower our beings than through the assistance of Sananda and Lady Nada. There are here to helps us through these challenges but let's start first individually and then we can move through it collectively. It is also a time to reach out to others. As I have been doing the readings for the Cosmic Great Central Sun I have been introduced to soul people that I have a deep connection with. It has been a wonderful experience and I truly want to thank the one's who asked for the readings. I cannot take on anymore individuals at this point, but it has been a big lesson for me in many ways. I connected to these souls, and in turn, I realized how important my work has been to others. I am in deep gratitude to Spirit for pushing me along this path. So whatever you are going through internally, please know that you are not alone. We are all accelerating at rates that we had no idea of the magnitude of the experience.
