This section will include various meditations that have been given during the Ascension Support Group.  You may copy them and use them for your own use as long as you give credit.

Meditation is a communication to listen to the Universe speaking with you.  My personal choosing are the journeys as done in all my groups because I feel they take us out of the body and help us feel renewed and rejuvenated.  It is also a way for an individual to clear blockages, emotional trauma, thoughts that do not stop spinning within our minds, etc.  The avenues that are available to us at this time are magnificent.  I hope that you find what this site gives you is not only a chance to grow and be the best you can be, but to find awareness within your life in all you do.

The first thing that one must do is find a quiet place that you will not be disturbed during the time that you will be connecting to your inner self or in the astral consciousness.  The "Circle of Protection" is a good meditation to start yourself in the morning or in preparedness for a deeper meditation.  Set up your space with a candle, some incense, burn sage if you want to clear yourself first, and allow this time to be for you.  The ceremony of creating the sacred space can be just as important as the ceremony itself.
