This is Fred speaking.  I am so happy that Christine has decided to bring forth this meditation in verbal form as it helps me to communicate to each of you.  I can feel your essences and when you travel to the Temple of 911 there is a remembrance for each of you listening.  But definitely coming to the temple and we are very excited.

Tonight is definitely a celebration and there is a shifting of the amount of souls that are coming into the Temple.  A lot of the souls cannot come in and go immediately to our viewing room which is shown and then eventually can come into the Temple directly.  There definitely has been a lot of souls that are healing with the energies of the Full Moon and Grand Cross along with other elements that have been happening.  Each of you, we know, have been going through a tremendous amount of transition, tribulation, frustrations, and energies phases that are going up and down.  We are very happy that each of us can be part of each other this evening because it is more of a calming ceremony and there is going to be a lot of celebrating this week.  So please join us in your sleep state.  You will see a lot of your work is going to be honored.  It is a beautiful occasion and that being said, I am now going to step aside and allow our speaker for this evening come forward to share his message.

Good Evening.  We come to you this evening in the Consciousness of All That Is as a thank you.  We want to thank all the people that have helped in the healing of the Earth especially in the United States of the Gulf Coast.  We want to thank you for listening to the recordings that Christine has brought forth.  The energy we have been imparting to you in essence is really helping you to impart to others.  We know this has been a very challenging month and that they are going to become more challenging.  The most important thing is for each of you to send healing light to others in whatever ways you can possibly do so.  It is our highest moment to overlight this energy this evening because we are coming together in the Family of Light like we never thought possible.  The humans of the Earth are truly opened their hearts and the ones that are not fully awakened are thinking about what is happening and are feeling great sadness.  So it is a great occurrence that is happening in your lifetime on this Earth, and it has been coming for a very long time.  And many of you have traveled very far to get to this point in time.  We want to honor you with this energy.  We are extending to you all Masters, all Angels, all Teachers to work with  you; not only in the next few moments, but the next few weeks.  So please do call upon the Energies that you feel most aligned with in any moment to assist you through the process and you will receive.  The healing and assistance is so desperately needed.  Our greatest hope is to assist the tragedies that have happened.  The most important part is that we are in the moment, and in this moment, we are giving you our thanks in the only way we can, with exchanges of energy.  We are watching everyone and acknowledging you in all ways.  It is our blessing to be here with you in this moment.

I am part of the Frequency of the Light that is being transmitted to you at this time.  I am here to assist you in process that is happening for you.  I come to you as Enoch.

The Keeper of the Keys, the one that has shown many the ways to open up their hearts, to open up their energies.  Tonight is an acceptance; it is clarity; it is movement into the frequency of All That Is.  You may not even  realize how far have come because of the debris that is going on presently.  Because of your questions of not being where you want to be, because of the relationships that are no occurring on the level you want them to be, the relationships not working at all, or the manifestations you are asking for to occur are slowing down and not opening up in your consciousness.  Tonight I am here to help you open up the Keys.  I am here to help you open up the Key to your manifestations, to your own heart, your own healing and in tune when you do that, you will send it out to others.  It goes hand-in-hand.  I am honored to speak through this lady as she and I have worked together for eons of time; it is a pleasure to work with everyone of you in this way.  In this moment, let us think about what you have created in your life. 

I know each of you are in a different space and time than you were this time last year, or last month, or yesterday.  What is it that you have experienced that elements are changing for you.  The elements in your life are different than they were before, or possibly lighter.  Your consciousness has shifted, your thought process has shifted.  Maybe your emotions are easier to handle because of the work that you are integrating or incorporating.  When you access the higher frequencies of this energy, it may take some time to ground it within you.  Some of you have accelerated at a space and time which is a vibration.  It can be an electrical vibration that you feel you have been pulled through an electrical socket through your whole body.  Some of you go through it slower and you have had a challenging time of waking up.  You’ve been asleep for a long time.  It feels comfortable to be in that space.  Some of you are more balanced with it.   You may be able to receive it in doses that are comfortable for your physical body.  Then there may be elements that occur for you and they totally turn your life upside down; then you are left afterwards, like being in a boat and the boat tips over.  You turn over in the water and it happens so quickly you are not quite sure what happened.  Then all of a sudden the water is around you; you can swim, but you seem to be stuck because you are shocked.  So what we need to do is help you to go with the flow.  To help you with stream of the Light, and that is what we want to assist you with initiating the Keys.

Each of you has a specific key right now that needs to be manifested and created.  This Key will help others in their creation process and it will help the Earth.  The key of the Earth right now is to open Gaia’s energy so that the fluidness of the energy is moving more slowly instead of disruptions.  Because what is going to happen, if we do not help with these fluctuations, the core of the earth will be in a volcanic eruption.  And many areas, as you know are going to be devastated.  So we will be assisting in that process.  So how do we assist?

Finding out first of all, what is the Key?  So first let’s speak about each and every one of you individually and how we can help you open up, so you run more smoothly.  You may have problems in your emotional system, or issues within the mental body or possibly have a hard time tapping into your spirituality.  Or possibly you are sitting there saying, why, why why isn’t it happening?  When all of a sudden all you have to do is turn the key into that aspect of yourself then you will be able to find the doorway that needs to be open.   Some of you are opening up so many doorways and you are not sure which doorway you need to walk through.  That’s part of the process that is going on.  The process of Divinity of frequency of the energies that are happening at this present time is due to the planetary alignment, and the changes that are happening.  That is what the Grand Cross is about.  It is a time to wake up if you haven’t woken up and maybe it’s a time to wake up even further.  If you have been going the same way for a long time, and then all of a sudden a light goes within you.  That Light vibrates through you for you to make a change. Sometimes that change can be very scary because it is something completely different than you have ever done before.  So what each individual that is listening to this, needs to think about “Where am I in my development?  What has this past month created within me that I need to be a little bit smoother and more balanced?

There are elements that are occurring in multi-faceted levels from the planetary into the Solar to the Galactic up to the Universal and Multi Universal levels; and the Cosmic for some of you that are fully activating different parts of yourself that have not been activated for a very long time.  So what we need to decide is, “What is the Key for You, to open up your heart, to allow your I Am Presence to be fully focused within the body, to receive the higher chakras so that your physical body can move to that 5^th dimensional frequency.  What is it that you need to do for yourself to open up within that heart? 

I hand each and everyone of you, Your Key, Your Golden Key that will go to every person and soul within this Temple, every being that is participating in this moment, and every being that is listening or reading this meditation.  This is Your Key.  Hold onto to it, take it into your right hand and slowly put it into your heart center and breathe into that heart center when you feel the key opening a little window.  Breathe deeply within there and sometimes it may feel a little uncomfortable.  Allow yourself to breathe through it into that heart center and allow your heart to be fully open.  Hmmm What’s inside of there?  Well there is a Lotus Heart inside, allow the Lotus Heart to expand as you breathe deeply.  Hold onto to the key now because you may want that later. 

I want you to center yourself within your heart center, and I want you to connect with your male and female energies within.  And if you cannot do either, I want you to put your left hand and your right hand together in front of your heart and ask your male and female to be balanced in this moment.  They are the ones that need to work together within you so we can work together on other levels.  What is the element that stops you from your full potential in this moment?  Let’s all think about this right now.  Is it your emotional level that becomes overly sensitive, and you have problems seeing the part of the issue?  This may be because you are so emotional about other things that are happening to you that you forget what is happening within you. Is it in your mental level?  Your logic is so strong that you want to categorize everything? And your heart cannot see the categorization?  Is it your spiritual level?  Are you trying so hard to do meditations to get to a higher frequency to listen to what others are telling you?  There is so much information out there that sometimes it can become overwhelming.  Is it a physical level?  Is there something in your physical body that needs to be healed.  And if so, it is probably centered upon an emotional, mental, or spiritual problem.  So let’s go deep within there and with this Golden Key is now going to open up farther.  It is going to bring in the Golden Flame.  Allow the Golden Flame to be fully within you.  Breathe that Golden Flame into the area that needs the most healing.  So if you take upon that, feel the Golden energy into your heart, it goes down your chakra column into your feet, into your Earth Star.  If it is on the physical level, you want to keep it within your physical being so you are going to center it into your Etheric Level which means that it goes around the outside of your body from the right towards the Crown and then back again.  If it is the emotional, it is going to be a little farther out than that area and breathe into that area.  If it is the mental, you are going to go farther out from the emotional and then the spiritual area will be the final field that really affects your Soul Star.  Take a moment and do that now. 

Now we are going to ask that whatever area you put the Golden flame into, those areas of the emotional, mental, spiritual, and the physical all blend together.  Take it from your Earth Star and go upwards around and as it goes around (whatever level you are working with) it’s now going to meld the other areas together so they become one unified body.  So now you are completely one element of Golden Flame and the Golden Flame will start at your Earth Star and then the flame is going to go upwards up through your limbs into the Root, through the Sacral, up into Solar Plexus, to Heart, Thymus (8^th chakra below the Throat), and then into the Throat, 3^rd Eye, the Crown, and then going up to your Soul Star.  Now you are one unified being of Golden Light.

Center yourself with this energy.  Hold on to this key and utilize it on your own.  Let’s all stand up and look around you.  See all these flames of Golden Light.  We are all flames of Golden Light.  Let’s all hold hands and integrate within each other.  All the rows in the Temple are holding hands together, and we are going to become one unified being of Light.  All of us that are standing on the stage, will be the source of that Golden Light, and you will be the higher flame. We are one Unified flame now of Golden Light.  We are the Family of Light.  We are the frequency.  Feel this within you now.

We are now going to travel in a group Merkabah.  This Merkabah is going to center down into the planetary level.  We are going to move from the Multi-Universal descending into the Galactic, to the Solar and the Planetary.  Feel us around the core of the globe of the Earth.  We are now going to enter into the North Pole and moving into the South Pole; we are going to filter this golden light everywhere.  Just feel yourself breathing it in and breathing it out, breathing it in and breathing it out.  It is going to travel into all elements of Gaia.  We will send it to her core elements, to the plant life, wildlife, fish, mammals, four leggeds, two leggeds, creepy crawlers, the mountains the streams, the oceans.  We ask for a calming of all the elements that are in transition to feel this peace – THIS GOLDEN PEACE THAT WE HAVE GIVEN OURSELVES, WE NOW GIVING TO THE EARTH.  Feel the vibration of giving to others, to all the inhabitants of this earth that are hurting to all the inhabitants that are in fear, in frustration and anger.  Send it to all the leaders to help them find their own Golden Key.  Let’s hand the Key to everyone on this earth plane to assist in the process of the healing of Mother Earth.  Allow that vibration to be fully filtered into the entire Earth as we feel the presence of the Golden Flame everywhere.  We now hear the whales and the dolphins singing to us, thanking us for what we are doing. We can hear the people and their higher selves taking a sigh of relief and breathing deeply.  We ask all Higher Selves to be able to incorporate themselves into the physical body of every human inhabited upon this Earth.  The people come together in Unison and in Love with acceptance with their strength.

Feel the essence of Gaia taking a sigh of relief as she receives this Golden Flame.  Now take a deep breath and our Merkabah vehicle is now going to come together and move off of the globe, out of the core of the Earth, upwards to the top of the Northern Hemisphere, upwards out of the atmosphere of the Earth, moving into the Solar Level, ascending upward towards the Galactic Level, into the Universal, and then landing on the Multi-universal level.  And we feel ourselves back into the Temple of 911.  Let us take a deep breath and breathe deeply and allow yourself to sign “AHHH”  “AHHH” as you relieve the pressure and let us find our seats as we sit down.  The emotions, energies and vibrations are high.  But remember this is the Golden Flame.  This is the balance that you can use to help you to acquire the frequency of Light that will assist but also balance you at the same time.  Remember to use your Yin/Yang, the male and female to help with the balance within the heart and you will start to transform your body into a higher existence.
